Birth Mother due June 18, 2010 with a 1/2 Caucasian 1/2 Hispanic Baby Boy. Birth Mother denies all alcohol usage but does admit to tobacco and drug usage. Birth Mother used Amphetamines, Cocaine,Heroin and Marijuana for about one month during the pregnancy. She also smokes 7 cigarettes a day, takes methadone once a day and is also Hep. C. Positive. Birth Mother denies all alcohol usage but does admit to smoking 3 cigarettes a day and she used marijuana for the first two weeks of pregnancy. Birth Father is illegal and she is unaware of his location. Birth Mother is currently parenting three children ages 4 and 3. Birth Mother will only place with a childless couple in which the adoptive mother is a stay at home mom. Hello! Full AA baby boy due 4/10. Prospective adoptive parents must be completely homestudy ready, and desiring and prepared for a near immediate placement. Homestudy must document no physical punishment and approval for an AA baby. Applicants must be non-smokers with no history of DUI's, arrests/addictions of any kind. Agency cannot work with applicants living in NY, NJ, RI. If responding, please summarize your family life and attach a profile/photo if possible. Homestudy must be readily available when/if asked. We only work with adoptive parents who want an open or semi open adoption. Selected family will need to arrive in Houston for placement and birthmother meeting directly following birth, and stay in TX for 5-10 days awaiting ICPC approval. No phone calls at this time.
