Baby BOY due Aug 13th in Fl. Expectant mom in FL is making an adoption plan. She is a Caucasian, 23 yrs old, brown hair, brown eyes and average build. She does have another child that she is not parenting. This expectant mom does admit to drug use with this pregnancy. She states that when she got pregnant in Nov she was clean. She remained clean in Nov and Dec of 2006. During Jan – the beginning of March she used cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana and oxycontin. She notes that during the months of Jan – March when she used drugs she was injecting the cocaine and using oxycontin and crack. She also admits to consuming alcohol in the month of March only – 1 glass of wine and 1 mixed drink.

The expectant mom was incarcerated from March 5th until June 29th for drug possession. She recently tested positive for cocaine and benzodiazepine. She does smoke approx a pack of cigarettes per day. She began her prenatal care while she was incarcerated. The race of the expectant father is unknown. It is believed to be African American but the expectant mom is not sure. An adoptive family should be open to a mixed race child.

The expectant mom would like to find a Traditional Married couple or a Single Professional Female, with or without other children who will support a semi-open adoption plan with letters and pictures following placement.

Fees associated with this opportunity are $24,500 which does include (Attorney fee, termination, finalization, ICPC, expectant/birth mom expenses and medical, and hands to hold fee) everything but the families travel to Florida. The fee does include for the expectant/birth mom’s medical coverage as she does not have Medical to cover delivery.

She would like to have phone contact with the family prior to the delivery to keep them informed of the pregnancy and the DR appts. She is open to having them in the delivery room.
