I am posting this baby for a licensed agency. They have a Caucasian baby boy born today who tested positive for meth. The adoptive parents have chosen to disrupt their match with the birth family. The baby has a 50/50 chance of having a rare genetic disease/tuberous sclerosis. The birth parents have a 2 yr old who started seizures at 4 months old and is currently taking anti-epileptic drugs to control the seizures. Please research this disease prior to contacting me if you are interested. The birth family had planned adoption for this baby and now there is a CPS hold on the baby due to the positive drug screen. The agency will be choosing the adoptive parents. The birth parents will want pictures/letters through the agency. The birth parents will be terminating their parental rights on Monday. Both birth parents will sign and agree to adoption. The baby weighs 7 lbs 4 oz. You must be home study approved and ready to travel early next week. The adoption fees are approx. $20,000. AA Expectant mom is 34 years old. She has two years of college and an 8 year employment history behind her. She is due late February with a AA Baby Girl. She wants AA or AA/CC parents only. Her mother and sister are supportive of the adoption plan. This is an Arkansas mother so you will be able to finalize there before you leave the state. A Child's Waiting is working with a married professional couple placing a child with Down's Syndrome Due 2/27/2008 with a caucasian girl located in CA They are placing because they feel it is emotionally difficult to provide for a child with special needs. Their families are aware and supportive of their decision. They report no heart concerns. They are having a 2nd ultrasound to confirm this but at this point the doctors have shared she has no other typical health concerns relating to Down's Syndrome.
