pregnancy, she has placed before
and is not parenting any of her children. She
admits to some Meth and alcohol
use the first 4 months of pregnancy. Clean
since August. Expectant father is unknown
– believed to be Hispanic or African American.

February, however, due to her health
issues, she will probably
deliver earlier.
