A Child's Waiting is working with a birth mother in Louisiana who is pregnant with an African American child. Birth mother is due on 4/28.The gender of the child is unknown at this time. Birth mother is a college student and is currently on Medicaid. Birth mother reports no health problems and no use of alcohol or drugs. Birth mother is looking for a non-alcohol and non-smoking family. Birth mother is open to a family with children already if the children are around 2 years old. Birth mother is looking to receive letters and pictures throughout the child's life. Birth mother can not sign consents for 5 days and the consents are irrevocable upon signing.

Fees could range from $10,000-$12,000.
