A Child's Waiting is working with a birth mother in Georgia who is pregnant with African American twin boys. Birth mothers approximate due date is 6/6 but birth mother states that doctors are unsure of this due date and may deliver early. Birth mother is 19 and reports having asthma and cervical cancer.

Birth mother reports no use of drugs or alcohol.
