Baby will be born with Spina Bfida and will require 2 surgeries - one after delivery and another one within the first year of life. Birth mother is 18 and is already parenting a daughter that is 15 months. Birth father has left and wants no part of child or adoption. Birth mothers family supports her adoption plans.
