ABL Adoptions is seeking adoptive parents for African American twin boys due in November. Expectant mother reports no drugs or alcohol. She is currently married to the birth father who is aware of her adoption plan. His location is known and we are in the process of contacting him. Expectant mother reports that he has no interest in parenting these children. She has received medical care during the pregnancy, and is now on partial bed rest.
